You are responsible for using products purchased from our shop in a safe and appropriate manner. Customers should always follow manufacturer guidelines and recommendations for usage, assembly, and maintenance. Baby&Co Malaysia do not guarantee the quality, safety and fitness for a particular purpose of the products.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products sold on our website may/may not have any warranties. Products that are covered by warranty if any, are stated in the description column. These products are entitled for a repair OR 1-1 exchange by our respective 3rd party supplier and/or manufacturer within a valid warranty period stated.

Baby&Co Malaysia will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the products or the website. This includes damages such as injury, loss of profits, or data loss.

However, in the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable we will then seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund (kindly refer to our Refund Policy).
14. Products and Pricing
All product prices may change in line with Malaysia government, Customs and Excise and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities. Promotions and prices you see from Baby&Co Malaysia offline store and other related platforms do not necessarily apply to our online website, and vice versa. Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside Malaysia. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receiving your order. We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
