Refund Policy

Please double check your order upon checkout as all sales are final and all goods sold are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If the products you received are damaged in any way, please notify us immediately so we that can solve this for you.

Products Sold Out/Out of Stock/ Temporarily Unavailable

In the event that Baby&Co Malaysia online store products are sold out/ out of stock/ temporarily unavailable, we shall hold your order for a period of 14 working days until the product is back in stock and ready for delivery/shipping. However, if the product you order becomes permanently unavailable OR if the waiting time is more than 14 working days, we will then seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Warranty

Almost all stroller, car seats, electrical items and selected products sold at Baby&Co Malaysia carry a warranty between 6months up to 5 years depending on the brands and category with effect from the date of purchase or baby's date of birth, If you face any issues, pleasae contact us or contact the respective brand distributor. While some brands still provide you with a warranty card, others if not most will only ask for a proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
